Sophisticated and Elegant Materials
Houston, Texas
At the Sub-Zero/Wolf/Cove Showroom, our Lina door style-defined by its soft, reeded curves-delivers the fresh perspective this space calls for. The plain sliced white oak, finished in a delicate Frosted Gray stain, brings a subtle, sophisticated touch. Complementing this, the custom walnut cabinetry in our Old Estate crafted finish exudes timeless elegance. A decorative metallic banding detail enhances the knee space and ends of the island, adding a distinctive design element with a hint of glamour. The Paramus door style used at the coffee bar, features an applied half-round molding and the same Frosted Gray finish, which maintains a soft, cohesive profile throughout the kitchen. The backsplash, sourced from Ann Sacks, and the statement decorative chandelier from Visual Comfort—designed by Kelly Wearstler—complete the space with a curated, designer finish. Grothouse crafted a custom walnut countertop, finished in a rich Durata stain—an elevated way to layer in complementary luxury. It sits atop Silestone’s “Victorian Silver” quartz countertops, complete with a custom edge profile, lending polished grace to the workspace. The Galley Workstation + Dry Dock proved to be an impeccable choice for both form and function, while the Tap and coordinated accessories create a dynamic, high-end plumbing ensemble. Finishing touches include Classic Brass hardware and Banker Wire’s woven architectural mesh, which add a touch of tailored sophistication.
