Hayden West Loop was wildly successful with home buyers embracing the large open floor plans, luxury amenities including custom cabinetry by Bentwood, amazing city views, and Industrial style.  Alan Barker, Interior Architect of Lamar Johnson Collaborative, was working with one of the penthouse owners looking to personalize their space with a very elevated Industrial Chic theme. Soon Steve Karp, Design Director at Bentwood of Chicago, was brought in to collaborate with Alan and the homeowners on this amazing unit project.
