When a new residential development by Sulo Development broke ground in Chicago's exciting West Loop neighborhood, a unique opportunity to purchase one of the 28 luxury residences was presented to the Chicago real estate marketplace. Hayden West Loop was wildly successful with home buyers embracing the large open floor plans, luxury amenities including custom cabinetry by Bentwood, amazing city views, and Industrial style. Alan Barker, Interior Architect of Lamar Johnson Collaborative, was working with one of the penthouse owners looking to personalize their space with a very elevated Industrial Chic theme.
